We will begin the workshop with a cannabis circle, guided journey and meditation, then Sound Bath. Hands on adjustments and massage with THC/CBD infused balms and oils. Our January 2018 workshop is here! Come hang out with your friendly neighborhood Local High Society, Elevate Jane, Humboldt Brothers, and Inda Creations on a private rooftop garden in the heart of Downtown LA. We will elevate, sip on CBD honey infused tea, set our intentions, Vinyasa under the sky, and watch the sunset as we move into Savasana. Setting new intention for the new year and come fly High and Mighty with us! 🦅

Bring your crystals, stones, mala beads, journals, trinkets... anything that can guide you spiritually.

This is a mixed-level vinyasa class.
