*This is our LAST Rooftop Yoga event*
The full moon is a time for healing, fullness, calming, and nurturing. It is also a time to set new intentions and create new things into the world and honoring the creative forces within us. Dance underneath the moonlight with us on this evening to honor the quiet Yin energy in all of us and create a counter balance to our busy lives with Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar).
*Tonight's full moon is also called a Harvest Moon, just 2 days after the Autumn Equinox so naturally the theme for this evening is Balance. We will celebrate this astronomical event with a ritual to sprinkle a little magic of Balance into our flow and our lives.*
We will end with Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath in Savasana.
Snacks and CBD refreshments will be offered.
WHEN: 9/25th Tuesday evening
TIME: 7:30pm *Please arrive on time*
WHERE: Rooftop Garden in DTLA. Location will be sent to you after registration.
WHAT TO BRING: An open mind/ A Yoga Mat/ BYOWine if you like to share with a friend/ Bathing suit and towel if you wish to take a witchy dip in the hot tub after/ BYOWeed or share with us.
